·      Proximity to place(s) of work.

·      Environmentally safe area for every member of your family.

3.   Helping you get pre-qualified financing:
This is another crucial step in the home buying process. I will assist you in getting a pre-qualified mortgage. This is important as it shows how much you can afford, and what your estimated monthly payments will be. As well, it shows your seriousness which will give you an edge when making an offer to a seller.

4.   Home Shopping
I will use every method and resource available to me to help you find the home of your dreams. Using your specific criteria and parameters, we will be able to narrow down the search and gather other important information that may affect your decision. Once you are ready to move forward, I will help you write an offer to the seller, keeping your best interests in mind. I will also keep all your information confidential which is of course the dictate of my profession.

  Provide you with some available methods and resources to guide you in fixing the Asking Price to maximize your profit and to get the house  sold on time.

3.   Home Inspection

My practise is to inspect your house and suggest accordingly on the necessary upgrades (if any) and steps needed to enhance quick sale.

4.   Maximize Media Publicity

Your house will be posted for sale through public forum such as web sites and social media and sign boards by so doing, your “House the Sale” will be seen by potential buyers all over.

5.   Open House

Conduct open house as needed till your house is sold and you will be happy with me being your diligent agent.
